The Sheila II was designed for Albert
Strange's friend, artist Robert E Groves to be a similar but
larger than Strange's own Cherub II. Grove's bat was more stable
and perhaps faster craft. An alternative setting of small jib to
the stem head for strong winds is shown, though how well it
would stand without being hanked to a stay is uncertain.
